Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final once payment has been successfully processed.

 

No Returns
  •  Digital products, online services, subscriptions, licenses, and access-based services are not returnable.
  •  Once access, delivery, or service commencement has occurred, returns are not permitted.

 

No Refunds
  •  Payments made are non-refundable, except where required under Malaysian law.
  •  Refunds will not be provided for:
  •  Change of mind
  •  Incorrect purchase by the customer
  •  Failure to use the product or service
  •  Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer

 

Exceptional Cases

 

Refunds may be considered only if:
  •  The service was not delivered at all due to an error solely attributable to the company, and
  •  A written request is submitted within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method, subject to processing time by the payment provider.
